Is Tequila Querendón entirely additive-free?

Yes. Our tequila is crafted with 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave harvested at peak maturity (5–7 years), volcanic spring water, and our proprietary natural yeast (Propia). We slow-roast our agave for 36 hours in traditional stone ovens, allow it to rest for 10 hours, and double-distill in stainless steel and copper Alambique stills, utilizing only the pure "Heart" cut. We strictly bypass industrial diffusers, artificial coloring, glycerin, or sweeteners.

How can my venue secure a commercial allocation?

Our tequila is proudly crafted, distilled, and bottled at NOM 1466 in Jalisco, Mexico. The estate is celebrated for its traditional masonry hornos, open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation, honoring unhurried artisanal methods.

What expression profiles are currently available?

We currently offer our unaged Blanco (bright, mineral-forward, with sweet spice and black pepper notes), our Reposado (aged 5 months in French oak white wine barrels), and our Coffee Liqueur (crafted with 100% Arabica beans from Veracruz and natural agave honey). Select allocations are released annually to our trade partners.

Do you offer estate tours or private tastings?
