Our production is rooted in the Amatitán Valley of Jalisco, the true birthplace of traditional tequila.
Distilled at the acclaimed Tequila Tres Mujeres estate, Querendón shares its birthplace and distillation lineage with legendary, hand-painted collector spirits celebrated by enthusiasts worldwide.
We chose NOM 1466 because it remains a sanctuary for pure method. While modern industrial facilities rely on high-volume automation, this estate preserves the physical labor, unhurried fermentation, and deep ancestral knowledge required to produce an entirely unmodified liquid.

Every harvest requires up to nine years of patience, letting the blue Weber agave pull its robust character directly from raw volcanic nutrients. We don't rush the growth, and we don't rush the pour.

True craft requires collective stewardship. From the meticulous care of the volcanic soil to the precision of the copper cuts, our team preserves the uncompromising legacy of traditional production.
